I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at All About Food (Manchester, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
Guys its intense. They tell you its an intial meeting. I had prepped but I felt underprepared for most of the questions. It felt like an interrogation. Even though the two people interviewing were frinedly it first, it turned serious fast. They ask a lot of questions about your experiences with feedback and conflict. I would recommend that anyone going in for an interview prep prep prep and prep. From what I gathered, they want you to know the company and their processes in and out (even a graduate).

Interview
One of the more interesting interviews i have done. The process is broken down into 4 stages and stretched over 4 weeks.
1. Meeting with the Manager
2. SHL Test
3. Presentation where they send you data which you need to consider and present.
4. Personality Test
I got through to the 3rd stage; however, the role was filled before I got the opportunity to finish the interview process. I would have loved to have finished and to see the personality quiz portion.

Interview
Standard questions on the whole relatively simple if you know your stuff, I met the perspective manager and director. Overall it was good but I did find one section was extremely intrusive/ inappropriate however I still accepted the job!
