30 minute interview with recruiter and then 30 minute interview with a manager and an analyst. whole process took 2 weeks very simple and everyone was nice and pretty laid back

The first round interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams and included basic questions about the industry and a discussion of my current analysis or recent work experiences. Despite the interview being quite informal and laid-back, I was not advanced to the second round. I believe the selection process may not accurately reflect candidate potential, given the limited scope and casual nature of the initial interview.
