I went in for an in-person interview. I was able to shadow someone who works in the position that I was applying for. I then went in to interview with the managers and talent management admin. The entire process was really stress free and lasted a little over an hour.

I applied for the position Dec 2022 and was literally contacted in 24hrs for a Video Interview. The interviewer was very professional and kind and gave me a run down on what the job duties I will be handling. Also, during that interview she did confirm that she would be contacting the hiring manager for the next steps. About a week went by and I was emailed a the hiring manager wanted to meet me in person for an office interview at HQ and I accepted. I was given a week to prepare. The day of the in person interview I got to sit with a current employee and was shown what a crew scheduler does on the daily for about 30 minutes. Then, I was taken to a back room for the interview. The hiring manager was very polite and incredible. She gave me so much information on the job its self and the company.

The interview started with a face to face interview. During the interview process I was able to see what the schedulers do during a shift. The interviewers were polite and extra professional.
