After applying online, I was contacted via email to conduct a recorded interview. I was asked 5 questions. 1 was why i wanted to be a flight attendant, another was name a time I had a difficult customer, and how i handled it, and another was name a time u had an emergency situation and how i handled it. Cant remember the other questions. After they reviewed the video, i was invited to an informational session with a possibility of a 1 on 1 interview if I passed the group interview. In the email, they also gave us a quick speech to memorize for the session. After the 1 hour presentation (which was GREAT), we were broken off into groups of 10. One after the other, we recited the speech. Then partnered with a person next to us, we were given a scenario on a card that we had to read and come up with a solution to. The card me and my partner got was basically about seeing 2 customers argue over the same seat and how u would handle it. Then, we each individually had another card with one of Allegiant's values on it. We had to describe what that value meant to us. For that, I got safety. And i nailed it! Lol. After that, we all left the room, and they deliberated. They called in a couple people and told them they were cut. Then we waited while each recruiter took us one at a time to interview with one of them randomly. I was then asked questions such as name a time when things didnt go as planned and how i handled the turn of events, name a time when I disagreed with company policy and how i handled it, and name a time when u had to convince someone to cooperate with u when they didnt want to. After that, we were ent home and told we would be called within a week with their decision. A week later, they called and gave me a job offer. Training starts about a month after the job offer, in Vegas for 4.5 weeks, pending a clean background check and drug screening.
