Approximately 100 people were chosen out ( out of 340 applications, we were told) to attend a session in the morning or next day. We were told that being on time was very important and then, they spoke a little bit about the process, introductions to those involved in the process, brief synopsis of Allegiant, then were instructed to mingle with the other attendees while they observed and took notes. After we got a little more information about the job, Allegiant and the process, everyone was able to do a one on one interview. It was odd, in fact, because they would take others in rooms and some looked to move forward or leave. It was strange and awkward. It felt like a high school audition. Very confusing. My interviewer was nice, but it seemed like a lengthy process for a call center position. We were told we would hear via email. But, I think it's proper to let a person know either way.
