Allen ISD interview questions

Panel interview with counselor, principal, and vice principal at elementary school. Panel took turns asking what I would do in certain situations. Interview was about an hour. Was told multiple times that the position did not pay well. I was also told that this role was way more than just Admin, I would help out with sick students if the nurse was out, help with afternoon pickup, etc

It was one round interview. I think this company really lacks professionalism. There was supposed to be at least 4 people at the interview, but only one person showed up and he didn't even apologize for the others. I noticed that the interviewer never asked me questions about myself in general, he just jumped straight into the technical questions. One thing that I disliked was their poor communication. I sent an email to the one who's in charge of scheduling interviews because it had been two weeks, and I have not heard anything. No one replied to my email, I kept calling and no one was answering, but they checked out my Linkedin profile, but still did not answer to my email. The lack of professionalism and communication at this company is something that really needs to change because I was very deceived and upset by that.
