Interview
I was applying for a technical position so they first sreened me telephonically..asked me some tricky programming questions nad then in person they asked me questions about C++ even though i was interviewing for a database position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein in Aug 2013
Interview
I had a phone screen with the lead technical recruiter. He had a very thick Russian-sounding accent and mumbled a lot, making it very difficult to understand him. I had to politely ask him to repeat himself numerous times and he responded by getting agitated. I don't understand why you would hire someone whose first language is not English to be the initial representative for your company. Not surprisingly, I didn't get another interview.
