Series of 1:1 interviews with each member of the team (some more than once) over about a three week span. The position had been vacant for some time, and I could tell that they were anxious to fill it as quickly as possible once a decent candidate had been found. Discussed professional experiences to date, educational background, why I was looking for new opportunities. Technical questions were asked in each interview. I was also asked a series of typical "brain teasers" during a few sessions. The group was not especially considerate of my time during the interview process. Several meetings were cancelled at the last minute, and I was kept waiting.
