I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Plano, TX) in May 2019
Interview
They were very unprofessional; late to our agreed interview time, ignored my resume and credentials, forced me to answer questions on a form that was already completed online, ignored my answers to their questions and/or didn't believe them, tried to purposefully get under my skin. In my opinion, they were intimidated by my Bachelor's degree and also because I was White(no I'm not being racist, every interview I had with them, it was always the same way)...no matter how professional I was, they basically pushed me out the door.

Interview
Interview was simple, asked the basic questions. I provided them with my resume, my avaliability and etc. I did a drug test, provided HR with my certifications and completed hiring paperwork with the same week. Got an offer but declined due to finding a job elsewhere.
