I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Lyndhurst, NJ)
Interview
It isn’t really an interview. You have to bring in different documents when they call you with a set date for the orientation. You sit through a lecture, video & take a test. When you pass the test, you take a drug test & if that is negative you proceed with uniform & you’ll be assigned to a account manager for different sites.
