The initial phone screen was a light getting to know you type call. The hiring manager wanted to understand who you are as a person and what you want in your career. I would have liked to have heard a bit more about the company, but overall a good initial conversation.

First a phone screen, then phone interview. Everything was going great. I was told next step would be in person. I randomly got a call from HR that literally asked me to go over every job I ever had and asked why did each end. I was not offered the job because I done contract work in the past. I wish they would have told me that in the beginning instead of stringing me along for a month and a half.

Came it at 3pm on a Tuesday, got an offer at 3am Wednesday and showed up 8am Thursday. Quick and dirty and effective. The interview was conversational with one HTML test. I passed the test and fit well with the culture.

Most thorough process I have ever been through. The interview consisted of 2 different phone screens, 1 Virtual (Skype) interview with HR and outgoing VP Ops, then an onsite "face 2 face" with 4 other executives in the company. Each with a different focus.

The interview was 15 minutes you have to go through several process to get hire . They are a new company that growing fast....high production and good pay. They do background check and i guess a drug test too.

I interviewed with three mid- and senior-level managers in which I was asked many questions gauging my career interests, leadership potential, and situation-related awareness. Back then interviews took place in one round, however the rounds now vary by department and position. Bring your A-game and prepare well. The company may be small but they are looking for quality candidates that are excellent company and team fits.
