Email in December (shortly after applying) inviting me to interview in January. Three panel, very kind, chatty and enjoyable interview. I had to prepare a 5 minute presentation on why I would make a good lab tech. I was asked basic questions about prioritizing workload and working with biological samples. A few questions were asked relating to my prior work in diagnostics.

Interview was about 45 minutes long and questions were about work experience and multitasking. I was interviewed by a group of 3 people, the hiring manager, peer colleague, and clinical team lead.
If I had maintenance/calibrations due and I wasn’t going to be be able to finish them by the due date how would I communicate this without causing an impact to the work.
