Multiple rounds of interviews but overall very relaxed, conversational. Applied for two intern positions and was offered one. There were several people in each interview from the specific departments. Focus a lot on company culture and values.

It was very casual and not at all stiff and awkward. The process was more of a conversation to get to know me better and to see why I was interested in the role.
