Received call about 2mins after submitting application and scheduled interview. Arrived and interviewer a few minutes late. Greeting then asked me about pay rate expectation on my application. (Pay was not disclosed until the day of)Told me they would never be able to offer $15/hr.

Easy. Explained job details. Background check. How long training is and what the pay is. Not many questions were asked. I explained most of it when I got there. I start tomorrow

Interview
I was called in for an interview with the Hiring Manager....it was very laid back with a friendly atmosphere. After that interview, he told me to expect a call back for a 2nd interview..which i received within an hour of leaving that interview. 2nd interview was the executive housekeeping manager..she was amazing as well. Super laid back, fun, and informative.
