Interview
I had a two-step interview process over the course of two weeks. The first was with an external recruiter and the second was with the Regional Head. The interview was well-conducted and professional. The interviewer asked standard questions and made it clear what the expectations were for the role, since it was a maternity cover.

Interview
The person conducting the interview was not clear about the interview process. They wouldn't disclose how many people were on the panel or what the job titles were. Also, they were unresponsive when I asked about the feedback. I had interviews with two senior members of the marketing team, and they asked the exact same questions during each video call. The way they presented themselves, including the HR representative, indicated a lack of seriousness about the interview process. It seemed like I might have just been one of the candidates in their talent acquisition pipeline that they were trying to fill.
