Interview
Applied online. Received an email with few details regarding an hiring event for 10/3/2017 from 10 to 3. Arrived at 10 to find a line of 50 people. After waiting in line for almost two hours, I got called to the desk where I was screened on technical knowledge. After that I was invited to the next step. I was taken to the 9th floor and waited for almost an hour behind the applicants that were already waiting before me. Finally I was called and interview by a tech support supervisor. Very in depth interview. Was notified that its more customer service and billing calls than actual tech support. So basically I wasted 4 hours because of the tittle of the position which is a fraud. Why not name it customer service representative? Supervisor seemed not well informed actually made me want the job less. It's a performance driven position if you don't perform or get bad reviews or evaluation then you will get written up. Seemed like a high stress level job. Was offer the job on the spot but declined. A couple of tech questions and typical corporate questions. If you disagree with a supervisor what would you do?

this is literally the definition of a scam. They will waste your precious time. Steer clear. The worst company ever full of lies, bad management and sneaky ways to put the blame on the reps.

Interview
When they called me in I was interviewed by one supervisor. She was very kind. Probably the best supervisor during the time I was there. After a series of questions she showed me around the call floor and that was it. About 3 days later HR called me to offer me the job.
