normal interview and good strong analytical questions for both the rounds It isd quite good but the overall process took very long time and the response get very time and that is the reason I am not able to ge the offer and that is fine
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Altshuler Berzon in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process is quite intense--in my experience, they ask in depth questions about the writing sample that you submit as well as your previous experience. It is a chance to get to know the firm, and for them to get to know you, but it is also a substantive test of your legal knowledge and your ability to give answers under pressure.

Question 1
Why did you choose this argument in your writing sample? Why did you order your arguments the way you did?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Altshuler Berzon in May 2020
Interview
Very prompt initial reply, quick 30 min screening interview and some skills test about 30min-1hr long, and then an interview with one of the partners. While I did not get past the skills test portion, it seemed like the interview with one of the partners was likely the final step.
