The interviewer picked up on a phone call during the interview keeping me on hold for more than 15 minutes, she kept her camera on laughing and touching her nois and scrubbing her ears. Very disrespectful and Unprofessional, I had multiple interviews for seniors and mid level software engineering positions and I can guarantee you that this one even being a functional interview was the most disrespectful one. They are feeling that you need them more than they need you. For my case that's a no go. Even thoughI was selected to do the customer facing interview.
