Interview
I was directly contacted by a Manager (West Coast, US) via LinkedIn.
I was first contacted 50 days back and was supposed to meet him for an initial interview at his office.
The manager that setup the meeting never showed up for the interview.
But, luckily after explaining that I had an appointment setup, another manager interviewed me.
He was impressed with my background and expertise and told me immediately that I would make it to the second round.
Now the first manager emails me later the same day, to schedule an interview! (Yeah!?) We were supposed to meet a few hours back. Not only did he forget an appointment, he sent me a mail asking me to drive down again the next day.
They were supposed to schedule a follow-up interview (the next week), but even after 10 days, I had no response. I email him twice before I decide to call him (2 weeks after the first interview). He then sets up a second interview followed by a round of technical questions.
Having a Masters degree, I was asked to answer questions a bachelor's freshman would be comfortable with. Now, I have contacted him multiple times to follow up with the second interview and only got a response after I asked to be removed from consideration (after 2.5 weeks of waiting, while he said that they would contact me "the day after" the interview). Their reply after an annoyingly long wait was that they forgot about the interview but wanted me to bring me on board.
I obviously did not respond to the offer!

Pleasant and very nice. I had a good experience with the people at Amaris during the interview and they are for sure one of the more serious consulting firms out there. In the end the only problem was the client changing its mind.

Colloquio conoscitivo ben tenuto dalla recruiter, si approfondisce già parzialmente l'esperienza pregressa, con un piccolo cenno alla parte tecnica. Next step con manager di riferimento dell'area tecnica con proposta dell'offerta economica prima di procedere con la parte tecnica vera e propria.
Ottimo l'iter di recruitment, pare essere un'azienda ben strutturata. Tutto si compone di due colloqui ed uno finale con il cliente, dove cliente viene scelto insieme ad Amaris. Il primo colloquio è motivazionale, il secondo più d'inquadramento lavorativo.
