Interview
I was caught off guard by the interview process, which did not proceed as I was used to. I never had an HR interview, but rather went directly into an interview with a team lead and senior associate on a secret project. They asked somewhat obscure questions, because they couldn't give me the details of the project. In the end, I felt that I had the expertise they were looking for, but never got a call back.
