O processo foi composto por 3 entrevistas, uma rápida com o RH, uma entrevista técnica e uma última, o looping. O looping podia ser dividido em 2 dias e eles foram muito flexíveis em relação as datas, me mantiveram informadas durante todo o processo sobre o que estava acontecendo, e em nenhum momento me senti esquecida (como aquelas empresas que dizem que vão ligar e nunca ligam, sabe?).
Foi talvez o melhor processo seletivo do qual já participei, eles realmente tratam os candidatos com muito respeito.

4-5 rounds of interviews all were back to back . There was a break to have lunch with an employee who works within the team that you interviewed for. Each interview was about 30-45 mins long

Must become familiar with the business leadership principles, practice 7-10 of your STRONGEST work-relates stories/experiences, and practice them using the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. And make ure you pick stories that end with an impactful result.
