Don't bother apllying wothout a recruiter, applications will be ignored or rejectede.
Phone interview is scheduled and if you pass the initial criterion they will advance you to a remote 5-hour interview (could be spread across 2 or 3 days). They no longer call you in for an on-site interview. A proposal then should follow a successful round of interviews.

Technical questions are expected, but be prepared as the process has changed, and now they ask about Nvidia arch, and INtel arm based arch too which was not expected as per their previous records but yes now they include it.
