Interview
Great interview experience. The leadership principles were tested and everybody was friendly and professional. The first interview was with a few managers and the next interview was practical where I conducted a test training.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services in Feb 2023
Interview
Very long process. Some recruiters are great, others do not follow up well, tended to get passed around as stages progressed. They know what they are looking for, and is CRUCIAL to have very good, data metric oriented stories for EVERY leadership principle. They are allowed to provide zero feedback, which is frustrating if you make it through the loop (6-8 one hour interviews in one day, including a presentation). Typically recruiter phone screen, technical interview, hiring manager interview, then Loop day with presentation.

Question 1
Technical interview was basically all cloud technologies, describing DNS, troubleshooting processes, etc. Behavioral interviews were all based of leadership principles. (Ex, describe a time you received negative feedback and how did you handle it.) Always be prepared for a follow up of "And what would you have done differently" response.
