No feedback was given after a second interview, and I followed up asking if this was company policy or if this was specific to this scenario. The interviewer did not really follow the AWS guidelines and did not seem to care about the examples.

Two interviews based on the company's leadership principles. In each of the interviews, two leadership principles are covered. You are asked to describe a situation in which you demonstrated you acted in a way that is consistent with the leadership principles. Your answers are expected to be specific and follow-up questions may be asked.

Describe a situation in which you demonstrated the "Learn and Be Curious" leadership principle, defined as "Leaders are never done learning and always seek to improve themselves. They are curious about new possibilities and act to explore them."
Rigorous but straightforward. The hiring manager was incredible helpful and informative throughout the process. It’s helpful to follow the rubrics you can find online to understand how best to answer questions.
