Pretty straightforward and easy. Most of the interviewers were friendly and hospitable. It was about four different rounds, two centered around the technical areas; tech depth and breadth while the other was more on the leadership principles.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Sep 2025
Interview
A tough process for nothing! I received an email from the hiring team that I was approved, but the offer never came.
That was so frustrating because I was really excited to be part of the team.
Technical questions were involved, but focus was more on cultural fit. Look into leadership principles and formulate your experiences around how you have demonstrated those principles. Overall a great experience.
