1. Application & Online Assessment
- Coding Challenge (HackerRank or similar)
Usually 2–3 problems in 90 minutes.
Difficulty: medium-level data structures and algorithms (LeetCode Easy–Medium).
- Work Simulation & Workstyle Assessment
Situational judgment test with scenarios mapped to Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
Personality-style questionnaire about work habits and preferences.
2. Phone / Virtual Technical Screen
- One or two 45–60 minute interviews:
30–40 min coding
10–15 min behavioral (“Tell me about a time when…”) based on Leadership Principles.

- Describe a time you made a mistake and how you handled it.

They give you a couple of online assessments then a final round to discuss the code you wrote and make sure you wrote it. You can probably find all of the questions on leetcode.
The first part of process was Amazon assessment. Then clearing that, the interview loop consisted of 3 rounds.

Interview
Leetcode question, high level sys design question. Looked for Amazon principles, used STAR method to answer questions. A couple of low level questions as well like thread locking. It was team based so the team you interview for will be picking you up.
