I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
The interview process was multi-stage and well-structured. It began with an initial recruiter call, followed by technical interviews covering architecture design, cloud services, and problem-solving scenarios. Behavioral questions were also included to assess collaboration and communication skills. The final step was a panel interview with leadership to evaluate culture fit and technical depth. Overall, it was a thorough but fair process that tested both technical expertise and customer-facing abilities.
