Interview
Online assessments, phone interview, and then a loop interview (2-3 back to back interviews) if successful. All behavioural, situational and competency based. This is typical for a TBD.
However, I started off applying for a tech role, so had a tech round too and the phone interview was technical. This isn't typical for a TBD role.
