After speaking with the recruiter in Chicago, I met with who would be my supervisor in Seattle Washington and interviewed with her. The interview was her telling me about the job since she already knew about my experience

Screening process after initial application, consisted of series of Questions with an inhouse recruiter who then decided if I went through to an interview. Teams interview scheduled for a few days later, fairly informal with tradtional questions about skills and experiences. Interviewer was very busy and asked questions already answered on CV. Asked whether I was 'interested' in their client list, despite previously running a one man business that had closed down.
