Had an interview - audio only- and they asked typical interview questions including situational ones. Questions like why do you want to join americorps, what would you do if one of your team members was found with alcohol on them, what relevant leadership experience do you have, how do you forsee AmeriCorps helping you in your career, when is a time that you had to work with a group to solve a challenge
Group phone interview with Team Leaders and Unit Leaders. Had a panel ask questions for about an hour. Answered questions then had to rebuttal. Wanted to know why I was seeking the fellowship. Asked about letters of recommendation that I provided.
