American AgCredit interview questions

Standard behavioral interview questions. Recruiter, then manager, then upper management panel. As always, be mindful of panels. These are terrible interview styles. As with many companies, they will string you along if they have already selected a candidate, so that they can show internally that they are being "fair minded."

A screening interview, followed by onsite interview. During the screening with the recruiter, there were loud banging noises happening on her end and it sounded like someone was walking in heels across wood floors. The recruiter seemed distracted and preoccupied. After the onsite interview, I was told I would receive a yes or no if I got the job. Never heard anything. I give it two weeks and email the recruiter to get a status update-nothing. The recruiter ghosted me. I thought this was a great company to work for. The director for the department talked about how this company is like a family. Unfortunately, the internal recruiter ruined my impression of this business. Is it really that hard to send an automated rejection email?
