Process starts is a phone screen facilitated by a recruiter, they'll ask about your work experience, qualifications, and about the role you are applying to.
Second stage was a zoom interview with a VP.
It seemed they disqualified me prior to the zoom interview because the interviewer did not ask me a single question. Instead, they spoke briefly about the position and opened the floor to questions.
It felt quite disrespectful, they would have been better off canceling the interview if they felt they weren't going to move forward with me based on my experience/phone screen notes.
