American Energy Partners interview questions

The company contacted a recruiter looking for a controller. The recruiter sent them my resume and they showed interest. A date and time was set for the interview. A lot of time was spent between me and the recruiter to set this up. When I showed up on time, a new employee told me that the CEO Brad Domitrovitsch had just left and they weren't sure if he would return. After I waited for 30 minutes, I was told that he was not going to return. A day later we were told there was an emergency. A week later we were told they were looking to hire within.

Sat down with heads of science and was asked about past experience. I imagine that few interviews are this open and relaxed. the "fit" portion of the interview seemed to be woven into the "capability" portion. Felt liked a calm conversation. Everyone present was very welcoming.
