A chat with the Director of Recruiting, then the Director of Telemarketing, who go over the job with you, the requirements, what you will be doing, and how you'll be doing it. It's very open and they are upfront with you. They will answer whatever questions you may have and it's a relaxed process.

Phone call discussion regarding opportunities, what you are looking for, your experience. They sort of took my opinion into consideration, but did not really steer away from what I did not want. I wish they had a more fluid process where they keep looking for what you really want, especially if it is not available at the moment of the interview
