I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Income Life: AO (Mississauga, ON) in Nov 2017
Interview
Arrived and saw that I was part of a group of about 35 people being interviewed.
Interview lasted 10 minute, consisted of very typical salesy questions. Interviewer declined to answer any of my own questions about the position itself.
After interview was completed I was asked to sit through an extremely cheesy presentation with about 20 other applicants. it consisted of an AIL employee talking about the gloomy outlook of the economy and how this company was the only escape. Felt like I was being sold a time share.
Turns out this job is a telemarketing position with zero base salary (commission only). Their recruitment tactics are very misleading and unethical, I would advise staying away.

Interview
Very up kind office staff and management staff conducting the interviews. Longer process than I am used to but really in-depth and detailed for what the job and career all entails.
