The hiring manager Daniel also made it very clear that their employees are not supposed to ask any questions about loan guidelines.. As a seasoned LLO, I know that guidelines are constantly changing and we have to stay current otherwise we’ll be setting up a lot of potential borrowers for failure when they don't get their loan funded. I mean c’mon guys, without product knowledge we’re basically right back to 2006/2007 before the entire market crashed & lack of guidelines along with the ability to communicate them to clients played a major role during these tragic times. Smh
