American Trades Contracting interview questions

Very cold and distant. Manager was not prepared or could answer any simple question without the ' I will get back to you on that ' Arrogant and self absorbing manager. All about him and what he has done and accomplished.

The interview went on as planned and on time. I met with the regional Manager who did the first part of the interview, we talked about the job description and duties as well as responsibilities and goals. It was a very interactive, very explanatory and detailed. The first interview took about 45 minutes in which all questions were answer on both ends. The second interview I was introduced to the CEO of the company to which he greeted me respect, shook my hand and the interview process began. He made his vision of the company and its employees known, after a few minutes of conversation he welcomed me to the company.
