Face to face in the corporate American eagle headquarters in NYC all I had to do was memorize a list of selling points and show enthusiasm while going through a mock sales call with potentially new client played by manager for region who interviewed me. The only part I got wrong was when they asked what I would do if a client complained that work was not happening on their website. I tried to show how I would talk to the developers to make sure the work was on time and deadlines met and so on but I was reprimanded that, "We don't operate that way" as if it's no problem when the work's not getting done for clients. Weird but otherwise a good interview.
