It was good and very quick and had a very good experience with Management and onboarding process also the question are more about real-time scenarios and few theoretical.
The interview also contain evaluation of interpersonal skills through scenarios.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Amplify Life (Midtown New York) in Apr 2023
Interview
The process was disjointed and was given different answers to basic questions such as training time what a basic work day looked like blah blah nlah. Mey with over 4 people and none of them said anything different than the last person.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Amplify Life in Nov 2021
Interview
Such an unprofessional process, not even convinced there was a real job. After several interviews (over zoom and in person) including with the CEO and other senior team members I was ghosted - no rejection, no feedback, nothing, despite chasing. Just really rude after so much time invested (over many months, when I would hear nothing and then suddenly get a call from the recruiter saying they wanted to speak to me) and for a senior role. Total time wasters. Ironically in the first interview I was told there was a culture problem they were trying to address, so not to pay attention to all the negative Glassdoor reviews!
I did find it quite telling that the company had seemingly been going for quite a few years but with no brand recognition or clear product to speak of.
