Interview
It was fairly informal and I was asked basic interview questions. It happened in two separate groups though. First there were three women interviewing me and then they switched to three men. They were all nice and on the younger side. They seemed honestly interested in me and how I'd be helping them.
The team truly wants to get to know you as a person. The process started with phone screening then teams call. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with.
Very laid back process. First a phone call with basic interview questions then a video interview with similar questions. More trying to get to know you as a person and employee.
Relatively straightforward with normal questions. Typical questions including why you are interested in the position and how you think you will fit in the company. Helps if you know someone beforehand.
