Spoke with the Human Resources as an initial screen. Would not recommend due to Human Resources not really technical enough to discuss Software Development terms. Was also asked a bunch of non related questions that many engineers would eye roll at.
They also explicitly described their company as unique and value their interviewee's time. Explicitly stating that they would get back within a week. Well that definitely did not happen.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AnaJet in Mar 2011
Interview
The process was pretty straightforward. I found their listing online and sent over my resume. I got a call within that week for an interview, and sat with the CEO at the time to go over my portfolio and discussed the job. At the time, I had a printed portfolio, but if I would do it again, I would probably use a laptop or iPad to present. Got a callback that week and was hired.
