Anchor Title & Escrow interview questions

Hired on the spot due to revamping Pensacola location Offices. Wasn't told reason why is prior staff all left and quit. Also found out after that the Owner was making fun of the different interviewees. Very unprofessional. Group interview with owner, marketing and closer. They were desperate, chose people that had no experiance and gave them high positions as they liked the way they looked, over well qualified candidates.
