rather interesting with some kind of tech questions, it was done in 3 steps - interview with human requirement specialist, after this - with tech specialist, then - with a customer representative. It was done in very friendly atmosphere

It was the first, HR-screening, HR was very nice, and open to discussion. I felt comfortable talking about my experience and asking questions. We discussed my experience, discussed current position and what our next steps will be. All the questions made sense and aimed to learn more about my experience, not some generic situations.

It was okay. There were almost no sophisticated questions, the staff was friendly, there was a lot of theory, and it lasted around 1 hour. I definitely do not need some info asked but that's classics
