I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anderson Pest Solutions (Elmhurst, IL)
Had a phone interview and then came in for a face to face. It was with 2 groups of 3 people. Each group lasted 30-45 minutes.
Question 1
Ask you extensively about experience and situations where you had to overcome objections. Have a lot to talk about when you come in.
Phone interview. The phone interview was basic. The lady was young and asked leadership questions which were hard to answer. If I were a leader I'd start my own business. I did not get a call back to schedule an onsite interview.
