Anderson Pest Solutions interview questions

Initial communication was a phone interview that lasted about 40minutes, just because I like to talk a lot. They gave me a brief description of what the company and the job was like. They gave me a good break down of what the interview process would look like. The second interview was an in person interview. My interview was with Sara Gmitro, and she was super flexible with getting me in for an early interview. That portion took about 1hour and 15minutes. The third round was basically a day in the life of a service manager. We climbed on a roof, dusted for roaches, set some traps, it was really cool because the hands on portion really taught me a lot of what to expect on the job. It seems pretty intuitive to me.
