Filled out an application online. Was called and had time for an on the spot telephone interview that lasted 30 minutes due to enjoyable conversation. Was offered a formal interview and that went so well that I just knew the job was mine. Was told they would decide over the weekend and get back with me. They ended up calling the very next day, on a Saturday, and offered me the position!
