2. Phone interview: +-30 min based on background and competency based questions.
4. Online Assessment: numerical, logical, verbal tests and personality assessments.
3. Face-to-face interview: Competency based, case study and group assessment.

Interview
Applied online, received feedback then proceeded to video interview then went to telephone interview. It was a learning experience and the response from HR was always on time. The whole experience was eye opening.
