Competitive! Questioning lasted 45minutes to 1 hour. I came first. However, because of my computer background, I got an offer to work in Strategic Mine Planning Department, making way for another candidate to be considered.

Interview
I went to AngloGold through national service. After national service my company held a party for all the national service personnel. During the hours of the party, we had interactions with the managers who were present then. The over all AngloGold Ashante iduapriem mine manager was present. We came into contact, which he asked about my section and I told him, from there gave me the job.
