Interview
step 1: online form submission -- general application form
step 2: personality test -- stems entirely from culture facets listed on their website
step 3: logical reasoning test -- questions get harder as you get them right, tricky but oddly fun
step 4: 3 on 1 video interview -- uses montage, record your own intro on demand before, lots of behavioral questions seeking very specific examples
step five: final panel assessment in NYC -- six candidates and six execs for 1 hour
