I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Oct 2016
Interview
Outsourced recorded video interview with standard questions. Was told quote "I only have 20 minutes until the next call", so naturally I kept my standard answers concise. The hired 3rd party interviewer was nice, but warned me that he/she didn't know much about the company or role. Overall, it was not a dialogue and I can't really understand how a company could make an assessment based on this. Personality fit perhaps, but at least provide the chance to sell the skills for the role. Overall, a lazy attempt at finding "top talent".
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
3 stage: 2 behavioral / fit, and then 1 group panel.
Early interviews were fine - fairly easy. HR at the company is atrocious - waited 2 weeks to reschedule 2nd round interview, and only received follow-ups after getting my school's career office involved.
Rejected after final group panel, no feedback provided, felt like an absolute waste of time
